Cons
In my whole working life, this is the first company I've come across that uses whatsapp to communicate and manage/delegate projects. This just shows how unprofessional they are. Is it so hard to move to a more systematic software (like slack, at the very least)? It's a super messy organisation, and the employers are proud of how long they have come?! They expect A LOT from you without showing the proper ropes.
They have a lot of projects probably because they have a connection with the government, and the ones who suffer the most? Are the workers. Micro manage literally every day — breathing down your neck kind. They throw a lot of tasks at you and expect you to finish within a day and must show the WIP. And when you didn't manage to finish the task, the boss will make you feel like you're incompetent. It's very demoralising. They also expect you to OT without being compensated. I understand that this seems to be the norm in an agency, but it's not worth sacrificing your time here because they don'st appreciate it.
RUN. Look at the reviews. You can try working here if you want to see how bad they are, and if you don't want to do quality work. But one thing working here has made me realise: no other place could be worse than here. My mental health has deteriorated so much just by working here. Good luck.
