Pros

Working at Oyelabs has been a great learning experience for me. The role has given me the opportunity to work with clients from different regions and industries, helping me strengthen my understanding of various business models and client requirements. One thing I truly appreciate is the level of support and collaboration within the team. The management and colleagues are approachable, and the environment encourages continuous learning, communication, and problem-solving.

Cons

During peak hours, managing multiple client interactions across different time zones can sometimes become demanding, but it also helps improve communication and time management skills.

We agree that work flow process can be definitely be improved. Every month we are working on improving the same. There are few Reward programs and processes also introduced which seem to improve the workflow by 23%. Hoping to increase it more.

Pros

If you're looking to begin your career in Project Management within the IT industry, this is an excellent company to start with. You get meaningful, hands-on exposure to end-to-end project lifecycles — from planning and resource allocation to execution and delivery — helping you develop a strong, practical understanding of how projects are managed in a real-world environment.

Cons

Not recommended for someone who is passionate about building projects from the ground up or enjoys working closely with a wide range of technical stakeholders — such as engineers, developers, technical architects, and more. The role has limited cross-functional collaboration, which can restrict your overall learning. Additionally, if you are someone who thrives on working across diverse and evolving projects, the variety here may not satisfy that appetite. Lastly, for those considering this role with high salary expectations as a Project Manager, it would be wise to reconsider, as the compensation may not align with market standards.
