It is a good place for dumb people who know nothing apart from how to do buttering to their seniors and managers. This type of people get appreciated in this company.. 😁

Job insecurity feeling right from the first day itself. Salary gets delayed every month. Probably they want to earn some interest on people's salary money. They expect people to use their personal devices for official purpose. They expect people to work for 9 hours in office and then also work from home using their personal mobile phones on which company will register office email ids for free, so you won't have your personal life anymore. Too much of dirty politics in this company. Company owners are such idiots they don't understand who are praiseworthy and who are not. They don't appreciate people who have really done something good for the company. They treat employees like servants. People have no respect here. They hire you for one designated profile and then ask you to perform in multiple domains blackmailing you saying don't you want to become something in life. Actually it is in their own interest as they will be saving some money not needing to hire people to perform the other tasks. Working conditions are below human standards. During my tenure I have seen the MD of this company resorting to fraud practices just to earn extra income from the overseas agents by cheating with them. To sum up, it is a WORST PATHETIC place to work at. I would not recommend this place to anyone. This is a seriously SICK company.
