Poor communication People team assume they are the MD and owner. Treat both applicants and employee with disrespect team. Fear to lose job from younger employess
Cons
Once the executive like an employees they let them do whatever they want and most of the time it demotivate employee. Please take time to listed to team feedback. If you only have 16 people applying for a job for a course of 3 months and other companies of the same size get 30 - 100 applications in weeks, there is something wrong with the process.
