Pros
Decent benefits and compensation, good work culture and good people (can vary depending on team), CEO’s are engaging thus inspiring. Hybrid work schedule (Tues/Fri remote).
Cons
The work itself can get boring at times. Consulting business (some prefer it, I did not); meaning it can be fast paced and work life balance can be difficult manage at times.
