Cons

This company is scamimg its workers. Worst management system. Discrimination towards any other races especially the americans. Worst management system ever witnesed and worst hypocrite people you can work with. Horrible english skills especially pronounciation. You experience hard time dealing with people who are hateful to the USA, don't master the english language and the american culture and, not willing to. This company wants to grow up in the US and hire local people while they have been staffed with french people all along the past ten years and could keep one of their employees. The CEO have been trying to work on the IMPOSSIBLE DREAM, which is expanding the company in the US, and manufacturing machines there while the french fellows (manager, engineer, technician) are not willing to transfer their knowledge to the next generation, working hard to prevent the company from growing up so they can travel often and keep high salaries. Any extra employee is a threat for these existing french people working in the US according to their mind set. Obviously, the french workers in the US never cared about that since the french government is protecting the workers from having any false job termination.
