NONE. There is nothing positive about this company. They don' t care about their employees. Very bad benefits. They don't pay employees a living wage.

I have been working as an government contractor for over 2 years. PAE bought out the former company FCI. It has been a challenge every since. Very low pay. They lured us in with a PPO healthplan that had a $35. 00 co-pay. When it came time to pick our new plans they used the fact that we are not union to stick us with a High Option plan that has a $2500 deductible. Do they not know what they pay us? They do not provide their employees with sick time either. I have never talk to or even met one person from Upper Management at PAE. They don' t respond to emails either. They don't care about their employees concerns. They just care about having someone in a seat so they can bill the government.
