Pros

PAE is a large company so depending on your career field their may be several advancement opportunities if you are willing to relocate.

Cons

Benefits are cheap both in price and quality, minimal PTO with no additional sick leave. Salary is acceptable but could be better.

Pros

It was immensely rewarding participating on projects from start to finish.

Cons

Location was not my favorite. One way in, one way out, causes traffic getting on and off base. Base police are strict.

- no overtime - calm environment

Cons

- can be really hard for someone that is not used to working in a place without daylight. - job is doable, but is very repetitive.
