Pros
decent pay for the area.
Cons
safety gets overlooked by management a lot in order to meet deadlines. If someone brings up safety concerns they get threatened with refusal to work discrepancies on their record. people get in trouble for issues that someone else caused. work load is not consistent. One day they will expect way to much assigning impossible amounts of work, and the next there will be no work at all. there is little to no support on finding resources to complete a task. if a manual can not be located or accessed the management or quality control will give state that its not their job to find it. yet they will require mechanic 1's to do production or lead mechanic functions. It is the poorest ran location i have ever worked at, but the pay is one of the best in the area.
