      Pros

      Excellent HR support for the OSCE contracts. Leadership communicates well. Recruiters thoroughly prepare candidates for OSCE interview.

      Cons

      Salary could be higher between Seconded grades. From S2 to S3 is only around $2/hour. However, S3s have a lot more responsibility and longer hours.

      It was immensely rewarding participating on projects from start to finish.

      Cons

      Location was not my favorite. One way in, one way out, causes traffic getting on and off base. Base police are strict.

      - no overtime - calm environment

      Cons

      - can be really hard for someone that is not used to working in a place without daylight. - job is doable, but is very repetitive.
