      Pros

      Pay is reasonable but that's it.

      Cons

      Anything for the customer, literally they will sacrifice everything (including you, safety, integrity) on the whim of the customer. It's managed as if all the calls come from above, inherently the managers ride that scapegoat.

      fast paced work environment with friendly staff

      Cons

      the days were very unpredictable . somedays i would sit days and other days i would see a client once an hour.

      - no overtime - calm environment

      Cons

      - can be really hard for someone that is not used to working in a place without daylight. - job is doable, but is very repetitive.
