1. In web dev team, a lot to learn and many hours of coding. 2. great co-devs and support. 3. good to start your career.

1. In mobile dev team, very little development and lots of hours maintaining already built projects. 2. they waste time in gossiping, politics and also in front of devs which is distracting. 3. SALARY ISSUES. if they have money, then its not a problem. but if they dont, then its gonna be long night for you. hr persons always speak like they dont know when salary is gonna paid. I know they are trained. 4. 2 year contract with 3 months notice period!! wtf!! 5. no appreciation or evaluation of your work. devs never get credit. 6. be ready with your backup job. you'll never know when you are getting fired. 7. they will tell you that pf, esic are compulsory but wont give you pf no., and keeps cutting your wages no matter what.

Earlier It was good.... But Now a days company's condition is financially poor... So No salary Hike... But just Good to start a Career...

should behave employee as Employee.... Management is not taking care of Employees. No Systematic work process.... Company should Follow Proper Process For PO and requisitions... Also in case of Software Engineers , Company should Follow Proper SDLC Process, SCRUM Methodologies, Agile Development. and they should go for other new technologies rather than conventional Technologies..
