It’s an appalling place to work. All of the positive reviews are written by HR & Recruitment to please the big man at the top and make it look like a great place to work. Why do they need to do this you ask? Because staff leave left right and centre because of the way you’re treated. The pay is ridiculous, and to answer the response from recruitment on one of the reviews, you do not review your pay at all. Unless you’re part of a clique and are a yes man you get paid minimum wage for as long as you’re there. They think they can get away with giving you a 2% pay rise when in actual fact it’s because the law has changed and he HAS to pay you an extra 2%, it’s not because he wants to. The moment you stand up for yourself they will find a way to push you out the door. They harp on about wanting to progress staff and get them through a ‘glass door’, it’s all nonsense to get you through the door in the first place, don’t fall for it. For an OH company promoting well-being to their clients, they need to practice what they preach. No OH for staff, no sick pay, your expected to do the work of 10 people. The managing director comes across all sweet until you fall out of line. Once you fall out of line a tiny bit he gets his little monkeys to come down on you. All the managers are scared of the MD but won’t leave because they all want inside his pockets. It’s a dead end job regardless of them promising you the world. They give you a story of how one of the girls from HR was given an opportunity to go to uni to get a degree and the company paid, it’s all lies. From the minute you step foot in that building they lie to you. They’ll compliment you on how well you’re doing just so they can give you more work but get paid scraps. I cannot stress enough how bad this place is to work, it’s literally the WORST company to work for and please please please do not fall for the positive reviews. They’ve just made a load of staff redundant, staff who have been there 5+ years but he’s then replaced their jobs with someone who’s been there 1 year. Why has he done that? Because the ones who have been there most know exactly what he’s like. Do not fall for the fake reviews. I will never recommend anyone to work here and have stopped many friends/past colleagues from applying and also stopped current employment from choosing them as an OH provider because of their shocking disrespect to clients and staff. And if the MD wants to contact me himself feel free, I’d be delighted to tell you more of my thoughts.
