Pros
PC Housing is a company that builds a family environment. The business is run efficiently however it is not a robotic soul killing company like some of my previous employers. From the moment you walk in you know this place is different. The employees are personable, they ask if you if someone has already welcomed you and how they can make you feel comfortable before your interview. This level of hospitality is a company wide value and behavior that you will recognize immediately as being sincere. Management is AWESOME! they go out of their way to make the daily grind a more enjoyable one from our stocked kitchen when I forget my lunch, to the recreation are for ping pong wars, to the fact that they are open to hearing and potentially changing a policy for the betterment of their employees lives and PC Housing is amazing. The COO is cut from a different cloth than most other executives in her shoes. She not only cares about keeping PC Housing profitable and industry leading but she is a genuinely kind person. She is very quick to give praise, comfort and correction. She has helped me develop my professional identity through her pragmatism. Alex Schrack is the linchpin to us all. The amount of work she does cannot be understated. If you're reading this I was the employee who said I wanted to be the best and have the highest sales of everyone which you and my sales supervisors assisted me achieving (5 months straight).
Cons
Like all families we butt heads sometimes....also its work. PC Housing is in San Diego I'd much rather be at the beach but ...bills.
