Pros
The closest thing to a pro is there were some alright people working there.
Cons
Literally everything else. Management would hassle you to do your job because there were too many calls in the queue, never mind that you take 4-7 minute calls on average and doing sessions. Rather then helping the employees out, management would bark orders and put more on the employees so that they could continue to sit and do nothing. This builds all the way up to the highest levels of management where most of the employees were convinced that one of the top officers there was having an affair and promoting a brand new employee several times in their two month tenure at that point. They take away raises, decline raises of the smallest value, then hire new people with little to no experience for a significantly hire wage and expect you to train them.
Over all the company is a joke and it is truly amazing to me that it has lasted this long.
