      Pros

      Awesome Management, administration wasn't afraid to work with the workers in the shop, great pay structure, workers were friendly towards the summer help and were always willing to explain what you didn't understand so you could do the job correctly.

      Cons

      The smell took a bit to get used to (next to a pulp mill)

      I am at a lost to think of one

      unsafe work environment toxic work environment awful pay scales that haven't been reviewed in years yearly cost of living raises don't even touch current inflation job openings are virtually non-existent, when there it's not merit based lack of proper training(which has literally left to safety issues)
