-Lots to learn and most people are generally enthusiastic about helping you develop -Opportunity to take on lots of responsibility
Cons
-Some people have become very jaded and create a terrible work environment. They seem to feel stuck at PCL. This is the case at a lot of companies and is by no means exclusive to this contractor.
