There were no meaningful positives to highlight during my time here. Leadership was ineffective and disconnected, with little to no understanding of the actual work being done by employees on the ground. There was no recognition or appreciation for effort, regardless of how much value one brought to the table. The environment lacked direction, support, and basic respect for employee contributions.
