      I dont know. I cant think any.

      Cons

      Avoid at all costs, at least for the residential staff. This company has engaged in deceitful practices where upper management takes home 6 figures to mlions while they leave staff with with scams. They will milk you to do their dirty work with actually wanting to see you win in your career.

      The Pay is not bad.

      Cons

      Extremely high turnover rate: 6 property managers, 5 Generalists, 2 HR Directors all in 1 year. Sick time accrues slowly, No workflows or systems in place, horrible management.
