Ok work/life balance. Not "clock watchers" "Some" nice people
Cons
Helpdesk mostly just creates tickets to hand off to others The others that handle issues are in very short supply. If 1 or 2 key individuals realized their worth and moved on the company would suffer. Employee equipment is dated and in short supply. Work was rarely related to my area of expertise Need a very thick skin to put up with a certain individual. Overall odd vibe. All of this is subjective of course and based off of my experience only.
