Pros
Working at PCR Educator means that things that you get to develop software for educators, affecting our country's education and subsequently its future progress and innovation. I know it sounds cheesy, but it's a great to know that what you do matters. It's a relatively small company with several offices in the US and Canada, so everything you do or don't is on the surface. It also means that you get to participate in a full-stack development cycle. In a year I learned more than in previous 10.
Cons
It's a lot of work, teams are usually strapped for resources and under pressure to deliver on strict timelines. They do tell you before offering a job that they are goal oriented and that you may need to put in extra hours if you are behind.
