Does not keep track of payroll properly, does not follow up on employee inquiries (calls, emails, in person), over worked and under paid, rampid discrimination, no employee support, no regard for following procedure which was set forth by the company themselves, lack of access to own employee information (your own personnel file, time cards, performance reviews), no opportunity for training or licensing programs...shall i keep going? I think the sheer volume of cons vs. lack of pros speak for itself.
