Thank you so much for taking the time to share your thoughts. We are struggling to recognise our company in your review. The reference to ‘1116’ – a term often used in connection with a tax form in the US – is largely irrelevant to us and our business. Crucially, we do not, and will not, support any form of employee surveillance. We can only assume that you meant to review a different organisation with a similar name, which is unfortunate.
