Pros are tough, because it was awesome until it wasn't. Management really went into the toilet with their control and pettiness. I would not work here now.

They delayed bonuses, and screwed up paying them out. They cancelled pay raises. The HR department pushes DEI even through they are all white women. They created discussion groups with disturbing leaders for each.
