Pros
The coworkers are amazing
Cons
As the days blend together and the months pass, you can literally feel yourself lose the ability to critical think. The pay will have you struggling to cover rent and bills but instead of acknowledging this reoccurring issue addressed in almost every exit interview, the owner would rather walk around in Chanel earrings questioning why everyone is so unhappy at work if they have bagels and deli meat in the kitchen. They expect people to be excited about constant horizontal movement within the company when little to no compensation is paired with increased workload. I was told my second week by fellow employees to “not get comfortable” and to “never stop applying” which is probably the best advice I can give when it comes to this job.
