Cons
Everyone you see in the halls and on the floor is depressed. Many just hanging on to a job they are barely qualified to do, due to poor training or communication. Nothing done on the daily seems to carry the values the company says to project. Below industry wages. No game, shift, or skill differential for dealers. All positions are low balled to make them look more profitable. The profits are only higher due to not compensating hourly or low management employees. Health benefits are over market price AND that is also considering the large discount the property sees for their "no nicotine" policy, of which it passes none to its employees. No on sight EDR, it was replaced with a gas station. So, instead of getting a quality meal at a good price, you must either purchase the overpriced venue food (at a discount but still overpriced) or pay upwards of $6-$10 for a gas station style meal. Management seems to have either no interest or no clue in how to improve bottom lines with anything other than getting their employees to spend money while on property. If you've ever played table games, slots, or poker, it also seems that their second, "profit driver" is to not compensate players. Higher level players routinely leave the property to go to other in state, competition run casinos. Lastly, almost no room for advancement unless you are willing to re-locate.
