Pros

At the time I started I was truly optimistic about this place. I was working in the retail processing department, bonus money was good, business was booming. Until this year and with the current administration in office a lot of our FHA business was cut causing management to scramble for work. Causing the morale to go waaay down. Management used profanity on the floor cussing out associates publicly on the floor, so if you want to deal with being overworked and underpaid. On top of stress and ZERO work/life balance then this is the place for you.

Cons

All of the above and to add insult to injury you get paid semi monthly, no PTO you have to Accrue the time so if you have kids or health issues then this is not the company for you. They steal your bonus money, on top of take unexplained money out of your check, or if your lucky you may not get your check at all- HR is a waste full of lazy people who never get back to you unless you harass the HR department.

Pros

Good team and good cafeteria

Cons

-micromanagement heaven -you want a promotion? Too bad a DEI hire from outside the company is going to take it instead -they love pulling the rug from under you with a new comp plan “to match industry standards”. -they treat their processors like they’re kids in a sweat shop so the processors have no incentive to care about your file (they give them peanuts as a quarterly bonus) -they have RCT spies to watch everything you do and snitch to your manager/ set your lunches / decide if your time is approved -they act like it’s the best place to work but it’s absolutely not
