Pros
1. Multicultural environment - opportunity to learn with people of diverse background & expertise. 2. Colleagues were generally helpful and fun. 3. Strategic office location (Mid Valley, KL) - accessible by public transport 4. Company's business is growing - a good place for fresh grads to get industrial exposure. 5. Provide specific platform for employees' engagement (has weekly morning zest; Learning session with CEO; monthly sports activities, etc.)
Cons
1. Most staff were hired without clear job descriptions. 2. Unreasonable KPI for staff (you might be expected to achieve KPI similar to your senior manager, plus without proper training) 3. Underpaid (low base salary, and not much additional employees' benefits offered). They also used to extend staff probation period just to make more profits out of that. Unless you "kipas boss", you can easily pass the probation period even though your performance are low. 4. Overly influenced by "feng shui" and Law of Attraction practice (which sometimes ridiculous, unscientific, and hindering work effectiveness). 5. Their turnover rate is very high, almost in every department and job position. It's a red flag, but they don't care much, as long as they can make profits. Beware!
