Pros
PFP is big enough to matter and small enough to care. They take their client's success seriously, while not forgetting about their employees. They promote leadership, and growth, and push everyone to be better.
Cons
Warehouse hours can be long and physically hard, but it's production based so you are in control of your own paycheck.
