Nothing so far. Used to be good now no more.

Bad HR practices. Management listen too much to HR not the employees. Event plant side bosses also cant control HR. HR is big boss here. Dont offend HR and you will get into trouble. End career even many years working, can lose job suddenly. HR is the last person you trust in this company. HR also will talk bad about company just to see what we say then tell management that we complain. Management get angry and sack the employee, without investigate. Very pitiful. Company lose good talent.
