Pros
- good retention of employees meaning that not everyone is new all the time, you can build relationships - salaries in line with industry standards - good office location - great culture - big focus on inclusion and diversity
Cons
- the company is going from one win to the next, but we see absolutely zero rewards. Weaker performers in the agency world still pay out bonuses to all employees acknowledging the employees’ contribution to the successes of their businesses. - benefits could be better, e.g. gym subsidy is something like £8 or so. - internal candidates are not offered the same salary as external candidates for the same position.
