Cons
- Non-ethical behavior from the management team - we were forced to resign our contracts with conditions not in our favor and - I am not a low expert - but in some cases not in alignment with the low; rude behavior from the country manager, pressing and not respecting us. - The few social benefits have been cut. - Senior Management is not competent; lack of business knowledge and leadership skills. - Business and IT Technologies are not up to date. - Company strategy is focused on cost cutting and improve the net profit and this is on the expense on clients' and employees' satisfaction. - Very poor HR and practically no instance to protect employees rights - which have been violated. - Corporate values and Code of Conduct have been constantly violated and using the company's official channel to report this /"confidentially"/ got me fired :)
