Bad, hierarchical, and toxic management. The tech stack is back to the 80s. They like to insult their employees while paying minimum wage. They started a culture reformation program to change how employees talk and behave, to become so-called more professional, taught by an HR with less than 1 year of experience. They expect people to work overtime.
