- The staff is like a family - You get to work on the waterfront - You get to work at a place where guests are happy (tourists on vacation) - There are PIER-wide discounts - Free parking - Provides great foundational skills and networking opportunities (if leveraged correctly)
Cons
- Salaries are ~20% below market - Favoritism by executives - Lacking of resources - Interdepartmental conflicts - The executives are perked/comped for everything, while employees salaries are far below market - No opportunity for growth as the executive team is in for the long haul
