Pinnacle Healthcare is a breath of fresh air for rehabilitation professionals. Reasonable expectations, lots of support, and a healthy approach to healthcare reform. Currently merging with a larger regional company to gain leverage in the changing healthcare market.

As a smaller company, Pinnacle doesn't have the depth to provide in house clinical program development support. However, their clinical teams are encouraged to expand their knowledge base and keep up with research.

Small family run that you get to know the corporate staff. Lots of flexibility that you don't get in larger companies. Often preferred provider in the community. Sadly the company is being sold

Poor follow through by higher ups, often change opinions based on who they are talking to. Unfortunately the upper corporate staff are not connected with evidence based practice, they continue to use old practices. They are not always certain of changes coming down the pipeline, resulting in fumbled role outs. Unfortunately the company is being sold
