Pros
The team is incredible. I've never felt more encouraged to pursue my career ambitions. The CEO is one of the friendliest, funniest, and most thoughtful individuals I've ever met. My boss has his hands in the code more than I do and provides me opportunities to challenge myself and grow.
I have added so much experience to my resume during my time with PINS and have enjoyed the ride. I love going to work because I greatly enjoy the people I work with, and the engineering solutions we're pursuing are engaging.
I would recommend PINS if you care about who you work with, love the flexible and heads down nature of a startup environment, and have an ambitious mindset and want to challenge yourself at work.
Cons
Benefits are not the best for families, or just in general. They are making efforts to improve them, but I suppose it's just the nature of the business's current position.
