Toxic culture with poor work-life balance and hygiene issues - Anonymous Employee PITCS Employee Review

Poor work-life balance with long working hours and almost all Saturdays being working, despite initially promising only two working Saturdays. Unhygienic washrooms for both male and female employees. Salaries are credited only on the 5th, there is no WFH option, and salary deductions happen even for being 2 minutes late on 3 occasions. The company culture reflects a lack of trust in employees, making the environment stressful and demotivating.
