Pros
Excellent training, good experience and exposure to technologies. Team building events are brilliant. Good convenient location. Excellent and friendly team and very interesting and ambitious people who take pride in the work
Cons
The staff turnover is very high which is really shame. Lack of opportunity to grow into the role and the promotion. Due to staff turnover, the deadlines are sometimes difficult to manage.
