Pros
As per the title, awesome individuals I get to work with, people with passion for the work, and solid competencies. With high dynamics there also come multiple chances to get something ambitious done, and you get noticed for it. Also, there is plenty of growth opportunities. A huge plus is how everything moves forward now: after a series of challenges, I really can see the positive direction and day-and-night improvement.
Cons
Last year was very difficult - a lot of changes in the management personnel, direction changes and a series of difficult situations.
