Playstudios Austin has an extremely diverse and talented team. The wide variety of backgrounds and personal experiences is a dramatic departure from most other studios. Family-friendly, REALLY values experience, focused on hiring people who do more than "check the boxes" on a job listing. Company is growing aggressively due to major successes in recent year. The opportunities for growth and advancement are significant. Management is extremely committed to work/life balance and career development for its employees. More than any other studio I have EVER worked for. You'll be home on-time, your weekends are your own, you won't feel tethered to your inbox at night. Cons
Getting bigger always comes with growing pains. It can be hard for some folks to make the transition from "start up" mode to a more traditional style of operation, but we need to change in order to accommodate the growth that comes with great success.
