Pros
It's all about the people. The vast majority of people say good morning, open the door for you and smile when you pass, whether they are hourly production workers or salaried management. Overall a very pleasant group. The pay is decent and the hours are awesome. No weekends!
Cons
Management has lost their way a little bit. All you have to do is look at the contrived May 13th reviews to see that they were written BY PLI Management. The CEO's juvenile responses to the slightest bit of online and internal criticism are worrisome.
