Thank you for your review. From your comments, we can conclude that you are one of our former sales staff at the company and we genuinely thank you for your service.
While we work hard to make the business environment perfect for every employee, you must also understand that no workplace in the world is perfect, as some will be very happy with it, and others, such as yourself, will be unhappy with our or your decision to terminate employment.
We sympathize with you being distraught by your dismissal, as evident by your very harsh and undue comments; however, you must keep in mind that such excessive embellishments are counter-productive.
To some people, we understand that termination by an employer could be a very detrimental rejection experience. We are very sorry that you chose to unnecessarily lash out at our company and its people instead of looking at the termination as a learning experience to choose the right employment for you and improve your work habits.
Keep in mind, as a company, we crave good employees, and it never serves our interest to dismiss anyone. In fact, given the training costs and lost productivity, the dismissal of an employee or the resignation of an employee is very costly to us.
If you can imagine, we would not be happy replacing you since it is bad for our company financially. So much so that, in the future, if you wish to punish a business, simply convince them to hire you and then resign after a month, that’s your best punishment to them.
I, therefore, invite you to use that reasoning above to self-evaluate with the following question:
"If the company hired you because they needed you, and the company knows it would be losing time and money by terminating you, regardless of the reason, then is it possible that you are the cause of the termination?”
I assure you that writing overly exaggerated disparaging reviews such as this one will not make a difference as to the direction or future of any company, and would be an exercise in showing your indignation with leaving the company. We suggest a better use of your time.
We understand that sales is not an easy job! Based on that, we value great ethical sales people. In fact, we wish nothing but to have more of them! Unfortunately, while sales hold an essential and sacred function in our world economy, the job of the sales person is challenging and unsuitable to many.
It is always tempting (yet understandable) for candidates to exaggerate or overestimate their capacity when they interview for a job, and we certainly understand the reasons why they are enthusiastically applying to us. After all, our company offers an excellent and friendly environment, elegant and beautiful offices, competitive pay, and many perks and benefits for those who pass the 90 day probationary period. Obviously, you did not pass the 3-month benefits eligibility period.
On top of that, our office is a very happy place, employee morale is amazing, and the CEO is experienced and dedicated to moving the company forward as he continuously sacrifices his time to help and counsel employees with any questions or concerns.
Our company is known for the highest standard and dedicating all our energies to caring about our clients. We continue to help our them with their needs and work tirelessly to make their lives better.
As with all employees, despite all our attempts and goodwill, we cannot create a sales person out of someone who does not have the inclination or the talent for such a job.
We both know that your words above are not real and driven out of your resentment and indignation for not being with our company.
Based on that, we will not respond to any of your claims as these comments appear to demonstrate wasted energies that could have been spent finding a new career opportunity in a thriving market.
Furthermore, we will not disparage you but only take the high road, wishing you long term success and the best in all your future endeavors.
