Experience will vary according to practice group and partner. Flexibility working from home (dependent on partner). Clearly defined benefits policies, better than market. Most people don’t send emails during the weekend. Good learning opportunities. Young team. Very professional HR team.
Cons
Constant pressure to make billable hours. Competitive and conflict-ridden environment. Very high turnover rate (big percentage don’t stay more than 5 years). No boundaries on work hours. Work life balance is poor in general: prepare to work nights and weekends. Partner management tends to be disorganized and unprofessional.
