Pros
-Good for first job out of college. -Getting your feet wet in a fast pace, high stress sale environment. - A paycheck. You finish college and have to start paying those loans somehow. -The people you work with are great. Probably the only reason you stick it out until the first benchmark without quitting.
Cons
-Training program. 1 week in a class with a group of 3-8 people who will either all quit or not make it. Someone goes over slides and then disappears for a half hour. -You work under an AE for 3 months. It is either a very positive experience or terrible experience. Many AE's just don't care and its probably because they have been through so many trainees that they are tired of always training someone new. -Ridiculously high turnover. hard to stay positive when so many people are quitting or getting fired every week. -Don't let not making it with this company want you to never do sales again. Your next sales job will be heaven compared to this place. You can be very successful elsewhere.
