      Pros

      Talented, professional employees. Salaries are higher than average.

      Cons

      Lousy benefits, no 401k, only 5 annual holidays. CEO micromanages and doesn't value employees.The company is in poor shape financially.

      Thank you for your review. For full time employees we offer flex holidays and increased vacation allowance so you can chose what holidays are important. Additionally, a 401K along with incentive bonuses are available.
