Pros

- Some of the people here are great and you will likely form friendships quickly - Some of the work can be challenging (in a good way) at times - Lunch and learns, off-sites, free food/snacks/beer - Solid benefits

Cons

- For the most part this place won't be the entrepreneurial environment that was potentially described to you when you interviewed (at least from the consultant perspective). - A number of teams have been worked to their absolute breaking point. It's discouraging and disheartening to witness, and worse to be a part of. - Pretty high billable percentage (make sure you ask how billable you need to be in the interview). - There is an obvious divide between management and consultants. - A strange ratio of management to consultants (more managers than consultants) for such a small company. - Haven't witnessed a lot of major changes for the better, despite consultant feedback to management in the form of surveys, reviews and old fashion conversations over the past couple of years. - Ask about the work from home policy and if anyone works from home. - You're replaceable.

Pros

Fantastic people work here, and the best people continue to work here for years upon years, over 10 years or more. This is hard to find among many tech-related companies. Superb software product and solutions delivered, that have displaced competitors with billions in market cap.

Cons

There is no free ride. This is not a venture capital funded startup, or large enterprise where the average individual can climb the ladder with mediocre effort.

Pros

+Neat, sleek office in a good location +Position stability (not always good) +Solid pay with utilization bonus to lock you in +Niche environment as company is small and mostly everyone is helpful to come to your aid +Work hard and play hard mentality +Kegs in breakroom and free lunches occassionally +Owners and few others are cool to joke around with

Cons

-Customizing company's proprietary workflow platform for clients on a day to day basis is a deadend skillset, so - like anywhere else - invest your time wisely -Over the phone "consulting" soft skills is the only thing you will learn useful -Advancement here is really twisting title names after years of service, so once a consultant, always a consultant -No idea what majority of the fancy titled folks actually do. Maybe consulting the consultants? -For a such small company, seems silly to have multiple layers of management: VP, Director, Manager, Senior, etc especially when there is a significant turnover in consulting and nearly not enough consultants to justify this -Management fabricates significantly padded reviews to neutralize honest ones
