Pros

Work From Home Arrangement ( depends on your BOSS and department) Shuttle service to LRT/ MRT 16 mos bonus HMO on the first day Free parking if you are based in Pasay

Cons

retirement is below the banking industry minimal increase or no increase for most employees Bank has strict policies on work travels. You need to secure several approvals first prior going out of the office. This includes branch visits. LONG approval process which can limit your productivity and movement Old office in Pasay High quota, which is hard to achieve since the bank's products and services are no longer competitive to other banks Products/ services are hard to sell since products are not innovative

Pros

I loved working for this company. Management is great, the clients are great, and I had the flexibility to make my own schedule. I only left because I needed to focus on my current life issues. However, the CEO made it easy for me to off board and notified me I can return anytime I would like.

Cons

I wish we had more training options in the beginning or ways to learn new skills within the company.
