Pros
PNT specializes in one thing - Healthcare Data Coordination - and it shows. They are small, flexible, and get the job done right. I've worked for large technology organizations in the past, with seemingly unlimited budget and resources, and witnessed far too many failures. The old phrase "nobody got fired for selecting <big company X>" does not apply in this space. Companies should give "boutiques" a much closer look.
Cons
Competition has huge marketing budgets and an army of sales people. PNT's successes are not widely known across the industry.
