Good and healthy working environment. The executives are approchable and not much politics involved as long as you do your role.

Had some issues with HR specifically with salary compensation.

Good Workmates and Monday to Friday Work Schedule

The management doesn't care about the employees. No work life balance. Too much workload, lack of manpower, low salary, and no salary increase. The school facilities isn't improving such as computers, it's super lag and even Microsoft applications always crash then it's still Windows 7. It affects the productivity of the employees. The most saddest part of my stay was I knew they don't offer any scholarship to the students unlike other schools. They offer loyalty discount and nothing more. Based on my observation, they're more focusing on Maritime Courses and not on Non-Maritime Courses. I don't know the purpose of Exit Interview for both Students and Employees Satisfaction but still no improvement.
