Well furnished like a furniture store. Free snacks and drinks that aren't attractive. With coffee making machine but with no capsule provided.
Cons
- Chaotic management that the structure and policy are always changing. - One man decision, everyone is as obedient as a dog. Boss says yes, no one would say no. Yet, the boss isn’t always right. - Extremely long working hours (meetings always start at 1700); always OT as if they have no home to go back. - No management would take up responsibility and try to shirk their duties. - Mean boss. - They hire fresh graduate as management trainees for cheap labour, and not giving the salary they deserve (and of course with lots of OT). - Boss has trust issue and they trust nobody. - Unpleasant working environment because of serious office politics. - Neither benefits nor compensation for employees (i.e. not allowing you to take uber for meetings). - 100% turnover rate and hence there’s no handover, you shall have your own research in messy folders, at the same time others will come to you to ask about questions you don’t actually know. - 0 prospects as the boss is not willing to make any new attempts and keep his old-fashioned mindset back in the 90s. - Remote working location in Wong Chuk Hang (which they called it Island South) and it takes extra 10 minutes walk away from the MTR station. - Toxic environment. If you are really looking for a job in advertising, don’t waste your time here because there’s no prospect at all. Neither salary nor working culture you will be satisfied with.
